Minor update Montapp

Yesterday I have made some minor changes to Montapp. On request by Els we have improved the styling of the registration form. Also we have implemented a datepicker. Now it's easier for you to choose your date!

    The loading of the registration lists is much better. You will see some changes in the look, but it is easier to select items, to open and to close them.
